    Carl, that is SWEET, can't say I have ever seen a white one before, my neighbor across the street has a black one in showroom condition hardly ever takes it out of the garage, I bet it don't have 1000 miles on it, anyway you did another SUPER job as usual!!

    WELCOME to the forum Pete, I think you will enjoy it here, know all about the kids, although mine are grown and gone I have three grand babies that stay at Nana & Pappy's house more than they stay at home, so when they are here I don't get a lot done either, look forward to seeing some of your builds!

    Dang, my house didn't cost too awful much more than that 25 yrs ago, I can think of a lot of other things I could buy for $55,000 other than a model, how about a real 1:1 something!!

    I have a really good friend who has a 40 ford, very nice hot rod straight body, beautiful paint job quality interior, under the hood small block chevy I asked him once why did you do that, his answer was it was less trouble to put in a chevy engine than it would have been to drop a small block ford in it. Sorry I'm old fashion I guess keep the manufacturers stuff together, RIGHT?
