Well here's my 2014 builds..........first is my Pete 359 West coast logger with a KFS Resin crane kit.... next is my Bill Signs Pete with my scratch built Cozad lowboy with excavator next is my LoneStar and scratch built Featherlite race trailer.....

Hey guys.... I will be starting another Featherlite trailer soon. Just waiting on a big order from Scalehobbyist to arrive.The new trailer will be a tri axle Donny Schatz TSR Racing World of Outlaws Replica. The only difference is that it will be pulled with another LoneStar like the one I used for this build. I'd love to get my hands on a Volvo VN 780 tractor kit if I could find one that I didn't have to take out a loan to buy!..lol.... But it will look good with the LoneStar pulling it.

well guys Its pretty much done, other than adding the wing slider cylinder and line. Here's a few pics

The bars for the whole chassis are just cut and glued together using Tenax7R plastic welder Charlie. no fish mouthing of ends required.

Talk about a wasted Monday night prime time game......... Saints and Bears???.... Both are horrible.... And their seasons are and have been over for weeks now.

I didn't make it but heard that Kurt had his beautiful Pete dump truck there and cleaned up!.... Very well deserved though.... As that is a masterpiece of a build.... Hats off to him!

Mike and Charles.... your builds are nothing short of amazing! the weathering on both are done right to their surroundings. these two trucks are two of the best weathered dump trucks I have seen so far on these forums! Great job guys! ...............Contest winners for sure!

It depends on the weather for me Tom. I love model shows and this one....... But I'm not gonna risk my life or wreck my car for a wood plaque.... Lol!

Their show is good but the only problem is they wait to late in year to have it. Snowfall is the problem. Oswego and Fulton always get slammed with snow. Last year when I left the show and got on 81 south..... It was a Blizzard....white out driving condition and dark besides! I couldn't see 10 feet in front of me and drove 30 mph tops all the way home. I said this was a stupid idea! Weather conditions constantly change in that area..... So my only advice is use your own Judgement guys.

Hey guys there is an old trick I used to use on some of my NASCAR builds..... Mist coat Dullcote on the windshields to give that sandblasted look like the do at Daytona.... Darlington and such. Great affect and been around forever. You can also use a micro sand blaster airbrush lightly on the front of the car to give that pitted paint look also. Very cool affects and easy to do.

Yeah .... I found that out David, after doing further research.... Jeremy's car is fantastic. He was building his around the same time I was with mine. As soon I as saw the photos from the show I knew it was his and not mine. I sold mine to a person in New Jersey.

Weather Pending..... Some friends and myself plan on making the trip! Ive been wearing out the local shows here......time to move up to a new level!

Well, I got a phone call a little while ago from a friend in Tenn. Well this car that I built and sold made its way down to the Atlanta NNL show. My buddy said that his friends and some Atlanta people said "We recognize that car......Bill Chick built that" I thought it was pretty cool! He said.... see.... people down here in the South even know who you are! I have no idea how it did, but it was some pretty cool news!

Well Brian...... we are'nt gonna have to worry about the Giants now are we?.....Drew Brees and his Saints are in trouble too. The Panthers have some issues as well

No trickery or deception with the Pats. They are winning by playing solid football with a great amount of talent surrounding Tom Brady. They are healthy and clicking on all cylinders. They are playing the same football this year like they did the years they won it all.

The only team left on New Englands schedule that makes me nervous is Green Bay. But......I have to be optimistic and think positive that we can take em'! lol. One big surprise is the Saints.......They can't even win in their own house!...lol

thanks guys!.......No problem Dale.... the oil tank is machined alum. I have a buddy in Tenn. that makes this stuff for my builds. He's done Tach's....air cleaners... and this oil tank for me. He will be doing a lot of the aluminum parts for my Greg Anderson Summit Pro Stock build.

The Pats shut down the #1 offense last night..... and they shut all the Peyton Manning / Broncos fans up when they took care of them...lol..... I think New England is gonna be the #1 seed and Home field advantage through out the playoffs...... Gonna be interesting for sure Al!..lol

Ever since that Monday night debacle against the Chiefs..... The Patriots have been the hottest team in the NFL. We went into Indy lastnight and shut them down and beat them. ......."we're on to Detroit".......lol!
