  1. Awesome. I built this one probably 25 years ago as a kid and is still one of the few that I still have today. Just did a light restoration on mine a few years ago.
  2. Man That is a sweet build. Just finished a 57 ford patrol car myself.
  3. Its a newer kit from revell/Model King. I think released in 2013. Just their 57 kit with the extra parts and decals.
  4. The "springs" are actually just the beginning of the winding on the guitar strings. The "Antenna" is just the unwound part of the guitar string.
  5. Revell 57 Ford Custom Police car. All black decanted rustoleum. Wired and plumbed with fuel line. Added some antennas which are old guitar strings. Also added an additional amber light on the package tray from a old army jeep model.
  6. Thanks everyone. This one took awhile but was well worth it. On to a 57 ford police car...
  7. These Moebius Hudson kits are great. Was super excited to see this one get released. They do seem to take forever however.
  8. Looks good. I actually have this sitting in my closet. Ive built this kit probably 2 or 3 times now. never gets old
  9. Finished this one up earlier this year. Never got around to posting pics. Paint is decanted Model Master. Engine was wired. Nothing to fancy with this one. However my first with the opening doors. This was an older kit that sat around in my fathers closet since I was a small kid. 25+ years later he gave me the kit last christmas and I finally put it together.
  10. You're not kidding. This is the third one ive done. They have all taken quite awhile

  14. Started decals on Passenger side..
  15. Started this one about a month ago. So far the majority of the body is done. Interior is mostly done Just have a few loose ends to take care of before finally assembly. Paint is Decanted Rust Oleum Airbrushed. I've heard good things about using Rust Oleum so thought id give it a try. Came out allot better than I was anticipating.
  16. The Bandit kit is a great model. One of my best to date. Great detail and is really engineered well.
  17. Awesome~! I love the chris craft boats. Looks Great
  18. Very cool. Wish there were more kits of the hearses and ambulance's from the 50's
  19. Nice. I just built two of these. Those tire decals are a major pain for sure but look great.

    77 Firebird

Did this one a little different from my previous builds. Allot of experimentation with paint and also my first attempt at wiring the engine. Used some old cell phone charger wire that was a bit too large. Overall body fitment was not the greatest on this kit and fought back quite a bit more with the Shaker and hood Alignment more then anything. However im happy with the end result. This was the smokey and the bandit kit from Revell. I once had a 79 trans am and kept the model more closely to that car eliminating all the gold pin striping.
