  6. Thanks for the kind words. The Coupe is an original AMT kit. I built the wagon form a AMT Tempest Convertable body, And a 1962 Buick Special station wagon roof. The chassis is a modified 63Tempest. Thanks for asking Steve Prideaux

  11. Thanks for the comments. The Cab is from Hendrix Mfg. (go to starmodels.com) The color is: Testors Oldsmobile engine blue over silver base. I did have to lengthen the frame, I don't remember how much. The decals were from Fred Cady I wish they were still available. The Torino has different stripes on it.   16. Thank you all, for the kind words. The right front, and both rear tires are, the left rear tires from the older Monogram sprint car kits. The Modelhaus.com has these tires in vinyl resin. The wheels ares are, from Freds Resin Workshop. Again thanks for the kind words. Steve Prideaux

  18. TOM, I believe that Phil Bonner ran at least 2, 62 ford Galaxies . One was a red two door hardtop for Frank Vego Ford. and a light blue two door sedan for Al Means ford. MCW automotive finishes has resin bodies and decals for both cars. I believe the decals are only awvailadle with the purchase of the resin bodies. You can go to: mcwautomotivefinishes.com and go to the resin section and click on the gallery and see both cars under 62 ford galaxie Good luck, Steve

  20. Robert, I lived in Rochelle, (north central part of the state) We went to Rockford Speedway, Bob-Jo Speedway, in Sycamore. Santa Fee Speedway and Freeport Speedway. Mostly dirt tracks. Steve Prideaux
