  1. As this going to be a base model it's going to have a single exhaust system - so time to blank off the rear valance cut outs. While I was at it I added a styrene strip on the rear to help locate valance during final installation
  2. Look Ma no console ?
  3. Great clean build Randy
  4. Great job David
  5. I like it alot!
  6. Thank you guys
  7. Matt, Fairlane is a C6. Do have any pics of the trans in the Buttera kits pls?
  8. Hey Rodney, I thought those kits had an Aode - the 4 speed trans. Can you maybe post a pic pls? Glad you liked my hometown?
  9. Thank you Jim and Bill - I'll give it a try
  10. Hi, which kit has a good representation of a C4 auto trans as used on Ford small block engines pls? Thank you
  11. hi, anyone have any tips for removing clocking from an interior. Have an original 68 Barracuda that someone had made a poor attempt at flocking. Have stripped the paint with brake fluid but flocking is proving to be stubborn
  12. Great build Gene
  13. Love it - very unique
  14. Hi, there is now a solution to the too large rear bumper on the Amt 72 Gto. Kevin at Missing Link cast some off the 70 Gto and they fit much better than the kit part. Casting and chroming are of the usual high standard from Missing Link
  15. Jeremiah that's HOT!
  16. Thanks for the heads up on the exhaust guys! Didn't even consider that it should have a single system - will relook at this. Watch this space
  17. Been building and tweaking the exhaust lately. Do any of the Mopar experts know if there should be a cross over/H pipe on the exhaust system pls?
  18. I like that color combo
  19. Doug I agree 100%. Im going to add some detail by using the wiper motor and mounting from the GTX kit, as well as adding a horn to the rh inner area. Im also making the car a manual brake version, so am discarding the kits booster/master cylinder assembly and using something from the parts box
  20. Latest update - I've used the engine out of the Revell Challenger T/a and modified the intake to better represent a stock 2bbl setup. Was unsure about how it would turn, but it's amazing what sandpaper, a file and putty can do.
  21. Thank you guys
  22. Great build Randy!
  23. Hi, I've seen a few guys using a photo etched saw blade for an xacto knife but don't know where to buy them - any tips ?
  24. Played around with new hood(the white one)today - its a resin example from Vaughan at Hart Parts Resin. Very good fit and finish. I'm definitely more partial to the look of the new one.
  25. That black car is absolutely stunning
