Hi, after being a voyeur on this site for too long it's time to post my first build - a Monogram 71 Satellite The aim is builder something closer to base model - so here are some of the changes - Magnum 500 wheels - Narrow whitewall tires - 318 small block and 3 speed column shift manual trans - no console - half or full vinyl roof - hood change Here are a couple of pics of my inspiration

  18. Hi, anyone have any tips on fitting Vinyl Nations red lines/white walls ? Looks like they might be quite difficult to get centered and perfectly round on a tire?

Trevor, didn't think of that - I've got a few of those kits in stash Mark, had a look at the Pinto engine and it looks like one of those 70s style engine with very little detail I think I'm going to take the engine from the S+h Torino and combine it with the Revell Bronco and see where it takes us

  23. hi, has there ever been a good scale representation of these valve covers? Looking at converting a Revell 69 mustang to a base Mach 1 with a 351w engine
