  1. Charlie, I also love your work. It is so clean. Love the paint job. I have the 1/16 decals that I'am going to use and I was wondering what color Orange paint did you use?
  2. Chris, nice work just like always. Glad to see working on this car. I'am working on the Drag-On Vega engine and I have to ask, what glue did you use to glue the hardware for your clutch can, rivets etc?
  3. Chris, Nice to see and talk to you and everybody else at the show. There some interesting models there. The funny car is looking fantastic and can't wait to see completed. Sorry I couldn't stay but to get to my moving chores. How do I find out won what the show?

  9. I have been having trouble gluing scratch built front windshields for my 1/16 funny cars. Can anybody help on what is the best way to install these windows. Thanks

  11. Hi, I have bought Chuck's 1/16 74 Fireball Vega decals. I have a body in primer ready for paint. I have done some testing and the problem I'am having is matching the paint to the decals and also what steps I should take in painting the car. Do I paint the car Gloss black, apply the decals, then clear the body to seal everything in? Then try to match up the paint to the decals? Hope somebody can help, cause I don't want to mess this project up. Here is some pictures of the real car. Steve

  20. Personally I think the body looks good. If you are not sure check out Bob Snyder's drag photos web sight. He has a lot pictures from the 60's to the present. You will see a lot of Vega bodied cars.
