this is my current project on the table.im waiting for my drill bits to come in so I can wire up the motor since it came with the wires and the nice distributor. it also came with a bunch of photo etch parts and more parts in total than any other model ive done. there was next to no flashing and so far everything has fit like a glove. -

Crystal Lake, in not so crooked McHenry county. and I do my best to steer clear of crook county and I hate when I slip up and end up paying 10 or 11 bucks for a pack of smokes...any body know what clubs and shows might be out in this area?
-

that paint looks great... I'm glad my mind wasn't the only one to go to the gutter as soon as I looked at the second picture lol and it took me a few swconds to figure out what the reflection actually was. but that car looks great so far

that motor looks awesome. I love the detail on the door panels and that paint is sexy. but I don't know if it is just me but it almost looks like the carpet sparkles or maybe has some whit mixed in there. I think the whole build looks great.

Would this do for painting? (Airbrush)
BIG NICKY replied to om617's topic in Model Building Questions and Answers
I bought the master airbrush gravity feed set that's very similar to this. the compressor is ok but I also bought the iwata eclipse and pasche something or other. and I pretty much just tossed the one that came in the kit back in its box. but I also noticed the compressor is also not making the pressures it should EX:it will only hold 20 psi no matter what I do. but it still works and im gonna use it till it dies. but this one also came with a one year warranty. and it was only 70 bucks on amazon. hope that helps a bit- 7 replies
