yea after I posted that I realizes that the hammered paint would look like the roof had craters in it lol oops

don't worry it happens I just had to strip two bodies and an interior cause im an idiot but oh well live and learn....it looks great so far and cant wait to see the finished product

got the body painted but still need to wet sand it. sorry the progress is slow I was working on stripping another body and I also just got an air brush and it has been a nightmare trying to figure out the whole thinning acrylic paint and I keep watching you tube videos but I must be an idiot. but being stuck in a wheel chair due to a recent car accident has made just about everything a little more difficult. so tomorrow is now dedicated to figuring the airbrush out

im just getting into airbrushing and I know you can use the mop and shine for clear but can you use any other clears on acrylic or no due to the fact that is may react poorly

I started this the other day and the interior is already taking a brake fluid bath. but everything else is going well so far other than the un-godly amount of flashing

WOW!!!! this car looks amazing and I cant believe the little details you put in there. keep up the excellent work. as for the clear coat you can go either way but I personally clear over mine.

has anyone ever used createx acrylic paints if not do you think they would work. I was just wondering cause im trying airbrushing and wanted a decent paint kit with most of the basic paints now I just need to know if they are model compatible

just recently started a stock car that a friend gave me to practice with before I start my 57 Chevy or my general lee. also I was told by my friend to come here and I would be amazed by the work and time that may of you invest in your models and also the information that can be found on this forum would save me many headaches and time. thank you
