  1. It definitely takes up some shelf space. I think im gonna give it a shot, as soon as i get the funds. My LHS has it, 180 bucks. I know the bay is cheaper, im gonna be savin my pennies for sure now.
  2. 10-4, thanks. Funny how small the world can be at times
  3. I like the looks, especially a polished high side spread axle Mac. But as far as operating 1, not I. Them big swingin truckers can have it.
  4. Nice. Clean, simple, very nice Dennis
  5. I only pulled an end dump for a short time, about 2 weeks. That was the only time i had ever been nervous, white knuckled, while driving. I hated end dump work.
  6. Has anyone built this kit. I seen it at my LHS and it intrigued me, deeply. I want to build it but its a bit pricey. Is it worth the money?
  7. The D8 dozer wouldve been on my list, but i just picked 1 up on the bay
  8. My guess would be blue or red. The white didnt have classic freight shakers to lease
  9. I just picked 1 of these up, minus the rear ripper. I will be building the cage as you did.
  10. Beautiful build, awesome tribute! WE WILL NEVER FORGET!!!!!
  11. I know a guy, formerly a neighbor. He can feel a "big" difference in power just going from 87 to 91 octane gas. Serious!
  12. Odd coinicedence the truck the company has me driving today, while my normal truck is the shop, the is 343
  13. Yes sir. They look good. Priced pretty reasonable
  14. Yep. The only, if i can ever afford it list.
  15. Mine are: Bill Signs pete Revell Beall tanker Kenworth Aerodyne k100 All Tyrone Malone trucks I know i can get these. But my pockets arent deep enough.
  16. Tom, what did you use on the ram stages to make it look, well, real. The ram on your trailer looks exactly like the ram on my dump truck i drive everyday.
  17. Size comparison. Or coffee can tip, if that analogy works better
  18. Hey anthony, what kind and size of wiring or tubing do you use for engine detail and hydraulic lines and what not
  19. Mark, you sound just like a buddy of mine, who coincidentally is from Alexandria. He is a Mack nut, who funny enough bought a Ford l9000 4 axle dump truck about 15 years ago back there, with a Ford tractor and a big bobcat.
  20. Right on. Ive been here for almost 30 years. Theres guy on ebay selling super single tires. 1/24 and 25th, float steers and wide drives in highway tread and aggressive tread. Think hes sellin them for around 5 bucks a tire.
  21. Ive emailed Ben at class a resin, waitin for a response. Can anybody steer me to where they can be purchased or give some tips on makin some. I have quite a few to make for my new project, 12, 10 drive and trailer, plus 2 float style steers.
  22. Dont forget to list all the stuff you put on your car and what audio components are inside, on your back window. Sort of a contents list, if you will.
