If it weren't people who can't leave politics out of a hobby of building model cars, we wouldn't have to go in a round about way to comment on his model. People just can't leave politics alone. Some have to make everything political, even a hobby. Ridiculous, uterly.
It's not the countrt, it's a group of people who are refusing to live in the now. Remember the past, this 2015, move on.
You have a great lookin build, I hope they don't delete the pos5.
I had to cut the hub on the rim down about half of what's there. I then drilled the rim mounting holes out to 1/8 inch. I then had to trim the "spindle and axle" hubs down to get the rims to fit in the wheel wells. I'll post some pics when I get back to the bench this weekend.
Thanks guys, I appreciate the comments.
Kenny.... the radiator hose and heater hoses are in the same place, which I can't remember. As soon as I remember where I put them, I'll put them on.
Sorry it took me so long to get back with ya. Here's a link for plastruct elbows. http://www.plastruct.com/Pages/OnlineCatalogIndex.lasso?-Search=Action&-Table=Products&-MaxRecords=50&-SkipRecords=150&-Database=PI&-SortField=zfsequencer&-SortOrder=ascending&-SortField=zfsequencer&-SortOrder=ascending&-SortField=zfsequencer&-SortOrder=ascending&-Op=bw&CatSearch=Tubing
The sizes your lookin for TB3 through TB12 I imagine. The last number is the scale inch size. There's a ton of products, you'll have to dig to find the styrene tubing. But this link is for styrene elbows.
I'm having a hard time deciding which interior to use. The custom tuck and roll or the stock style. Either way it'll be matching the exterior colors, metallic red and pearl white.
That was very cool. I enjoy this forum very much. There would be more than a few kits and resto projects that would never have seen the light of day if not for the awesome people on here.
