my dads birthday is tomorrow so I can finally give it to him, I finished it a week or so ago but I finally got around to taking pictures. The stripes put up a fight so there not perfect but I'm just happy it's done.

for my dad's birthday in a few weeks I'm building him a Revell 1966 gt350h as its his faviorate mustang. I'm just wondering what the easiest way is to get all of the decals specifically the hood stripes to turn out looking there best. I know he'll look past any imperfections of any kind but I really want it to look good.

while this kit certainly has its issues it actually came out very nice. The color is actually model masters emerald green metallic.... I know gm paint on a Shelby GASP!!! Haha I had trouble keeping the separate exhaust pipes on so I made mounts from evergreen as well as a support for the rollbar.

I picked this kit up at my local flea market a few weeks ago and really didn't know what direction to build it so I went on google and one of the first images was an absolutely beautiful red 1966 Fairlane gt and I tried to do my best to replicate that car. Apart from the quite noticeable touch up spot on the fender it came out pretty well!

so my foxbody idea is not going to work out so if I could I'd like to change my entry, it's still a mustang but I'm combining these two into a nasty cross country monster.
