    Here we are, 99% done. It fought me all the way.

    The chassis would,'t go into the body faor any reason. I had to thin the front panel and cut off about 1/8" off the back so It could sit properly. I managed to put a big smudge in the windshield. One of the guys is trying to wipe it off but I'm sure it will stay.

    Decals and clear have been applied. I may finish this this year yet.

    replaced the smudged kit windows with high falutin' ones cut from a blister pack .

    Thanks Trevor, but don't tell anyone it is a 1956 color. The purists might cringe. Well, at least it is a Ford color.?

    1951 Chevrolet Bel Air. Mods include, Corvette C5R engine, rool cage, bucket seats, nascar fuel cell and modern wheels from the parts bin.

    The car is back from the glaziers. They managed to put a smudge in one of the quarter windows. Good spot for a decal.

    They likely are. However have to use them on account of the upholstery.

    Mine was a Gremlin X. I remember that. I found another picture where thre is a hint of white but again, not definite. So if it is not feasible, don't worry.

    We have paint. Completed the interior. I managed the brass buttons but did not attempt the stitching. I had installed a Hurst shifter in mine since the original was a rattler. I used a spare part and some quarter round.

    It is likely too far forward. I did a bit of carving in the rear and it looks better.

    The whelbase of the kit is wrong for the resin body, so I'll have to alter it somehow. The rear appears easier at first glance.
