No, I cut a short length, laid it flat, use a 2mm suare rod as a spacer for the ruler and used e very sharp hobby knife.

I have started with the foiling. My foil appears to have exceeded its useful life, it doesn't stick very well and tears easily. I ended up using the chrome pen for some of it. The strip along the lower body molding would work well with line-o-tape pinstriping tape except it vanished in the move somehow.So I am going to park this until I get some.

I sure does. Initially I was hoping to replicate a red Parisienne Custom Sport someone had in the village I grew up in. But the Custom Sport was Bonneville with a Grand-Prix grill, so it wouldn't even have looked the same.

I have it painted. The lower belt chrome trim isn't well defined on the model. Might be a challenge to foil.
