Anyone decanted this stuff and sprayed it with an airbrush?? Update: yep YouTube shows someone has decanted and it works fine

No worries. Was the same with the 32 vs the 30 kit. The former is a fortune and the 30 was cheap I am going to auto shop and get a rattle can chrome spray this am Edit: nope I watched hpiguys YouTube video comparing chrome sprays with Revell. No comparison. Will order the Revell

Printed the brake drums, hot off the print plate here. I will get them on the right way around 😉 Alclad chrome over Mr Surfacer 1500 black and some Tamiya panel liner and then the rubber was buffed out with sandpaper a bit so not so shiny

Good score on the rear tires. I found my AMT ‘33 Willy’s Gasser kit had an extra set of rear drag tires in pie crust form. Not sure why I dug to the bottom of my stash pile in the closet but something said to look there. I really like these slicks.

I don’t think I have the talent to bend sprue like you do No way I could get it to configure into a tensioned belt appearance.

This sounds like the Gravity Paints USA fiasco…every excuse in the book and deceptive practices : getting a shipping label but not shipping, the Florida Hurricane is coming, I have a newborn child….etc etc etc. took money and didn’t ship product. Very weird how some do “business”. Buy through other channels and thanks for the warning. I hope you get your stuff soon
