  1. Chronic pain can mess with your mind something fierce. Do a little of what you say to take your mind off and a little of what Cato says to rest. Everything in moderation. Wishing you well and some sleep
  2. Little history if you are having trouble sleeping at night. http://www.grandprixhistory.org/fiat804.htm The part that gets me is at the end of the article where the cars are ordered destroyed
  3. Oh that is some great news, I thought the parts looked well moulded but you just never know how things will fit until you are in the middle of it. I love the little plastic case for the small parts, the divided parts box and the amazing box's art look and feel. How do you make a printed cardboard box feel like that??? Nothing like taking the challenge and lacing up some wire wheels yourself..one of my goals for the future Best wishes for continued health and mojo flow
  4. God, how did I miss THIS??? What a beautiful piece of art, man Mike that is truly GORGEOUS
  5. Wow look at that taking shape. You must feel like a proud new parent!!
  6. Wow, stunning work!!
  7. Mmmmm, I like this. Can almost smell the leather interior Great subject choice and nicely done!
  8. Awesome build subject Keep posting!!!
  9. Ahh Harry, great to see you back the bench best news all day! I swear we live in a parallel universe of model interest, I have both of those kits in the stash as well. I LOVE the look and packaging of them. I got them from HiroBoy in UK. My favourite is the 806 Fiat..they destroyed the actual car after it won a Grand Prix!!!??? They really are gorgeous beasts though and rival the Pochers in packaging at least..hopefully better fit and finish. The kits scream quality IMHO Gonna follow along like a puppy on your heel
  10. Darn my midget driver IS a midget for this car...scale is too small
  11. Drooling over this one. Great model building
  12. Ahh memories....89 GSL SE what a great car, cool engine sounds from that rotary motor Will follow along on your build for sure
  13. Absolutely I am wondering if my house or your Rolls will finish up first...I am pulling for the house
  14. I agree, the lighting is not great and you can still see it glow and reflect Nice stuff, pal
  15. Ok that was actually really funny, had a good chuckle over it Yes I hope he fits in there, I am loosing my motivation and patience for the blue beast
  16. Looks great, thanks for the comversion WIP photos Have a Honda CRX Si model kit that needs conversion to a Civic Si like my old car and now have the inspiration!
  17. Crisp an clean Very nicely done
  18. Yep, you do make great Porsches
  19. My kit came in today. One of the worst package/shipping jobs I have ever had from an E Bay auction. Loose part trees, loose parts off the tree, a broken wheel wire, loose and scratched clear windows, warped removable top and broken roofline on body. It is all fixable, just more work. I bagged all parts, bubble wrapped body and just babied her a bit. Old buyer beware adage as when I scrolled down in the auction there WAS a photo of the mess in the box. So my fault Keep posting away your beautiful build, so as to get me inspired
  20. Following along, I like the sound of this build and mini diorama I love the autumn truck Jon
  21. Darn dude, that looks like a German leather interior right out of the factory. I love watching you build stuff The Flatnose is a curb side as well. I want to do it up racing style with Gulf livery.
  22. Nice I have the slant nose version of this Fuji kit somewhere in the stash
  23. I have ordered a retro driver, Jimmy Flintstone midget driver to be specific. I have one somewhere in my packed up mess, but can't find him and clearly these Tamiya guys are not going to work. Hopefully the scale works out.
