  1. I agree with everyone; a straight oob build, but you really did this kit proud wow, so clean
  2. great weathering..she looks like she has driven through hell and back
  3. Love it, great progress The wire wheels take away the 'toy' appearance and your dash is over the top gorgeous Great stuff
  4. Ha ha "electrical box thingy" You can make these parts so well and not even know what they are!!! Of course, nor do I. I would be lost around this engine, have enough trouble with a F40!! And yet you still manage to blow us all away My friend, those last four engine shots look EXACTLY like your reference photos, in fact I am not sure which is real and which are scale model...... if your fingers weren't there SUPERB models skills
  5. This is VERY well done...mine shall sit in the stash pile a while longer, waiting
  6. Watching in awe
  7. It is pretty clear by the effort you are putting into this build that you CARE about what you are doing, far more than most do with their actual day job activities. I think you and your Exacto could insulted my house better than the guys doing it now
  8. Will you come and work on my house build...we need more people around who give a shite about their work
  9. Thanks Nie I had to order the PE set for the Lotus after the fact as it is not included in the box??!! weird
  10. This is great, keep going Hoping to see the car parked outside as well
  11. Thank you very much Lloyd Hey you're from Canada, do you know......
  12. Worked on the exhaust system on weekend. Replaced brass with aluminum tubes and did my thinned, flared edge trick Trying to get a figure to fit in the cockpit...I don't think Tamiya and Revival 1/20 scale coincide???!!! So a step forward, but them I wrecked my solder on the brake handle and rear brake lines....two steps back
  13. Nice SWARF!!!
  14. That is gong to be an awesome display bike when you finish Looking real sharp so far
  15. Nice and clean build Looks like I could just hop in and drive down to the beach
  16. Ahh cool the blue contrast marking is smart, now I see what you are making
  17. Wow, build her stripped for sure, that looks great!!!! I might just do the same, was thinking going Muletto, but your pic looks better! That is a good deal for the shell, especially if you have the wearwithall to build, make and modify stuff yourself...which it sounds like you do. Lots of parts from online retailers and E Bay as well. Just post up what you are thinking about getting or need and someone will direct you the right way Sorry about the silliness we shall bring to your thread, I personally blame Cato; watch out for him, just saying
  18. Ohh I call foul, that is totally BS, nothing worse than an antiDentite just ask Seinfeld Good thing I build them like I want anyways
  19. This is just the start of the many "Pocher Beatings" as Cato call them
  20. I have got to add this one to my stash, just such a cool Ferrari Yep got one.... E Bay, the devil's search engine
  21. You will be surprised how easy they come apart..... if no glue was used that is I am interested, what kind of $ are we into for this girl, if you don't mind my asking. Prices were silly and have gone even crazier now. I have two Pocher Alfa's one a bomb and one new in box kit..I think the latter was in the $600 CAD range and the bomb came in at $380 CAD in late 2014/ early2015 Don't ask how much I paid for my Bugatti Pocher...I will never tell!!!!!
  22. You are very welcome. Make sure you get into the "Big Boys" section on here and have Cato, Harry and Skip help you out...to name a few. Those are the real Pocher guys, I am a mere poser Hey GMC Great 430 Haul......that is a project just screaming to be built!!!!!
  23. Sadly my haul doesn't include a Pocher, but I got a trifecta of 1/20 Tamiya F1 cars today from Japan
  24. Awesome find Bill good for you, LOTS of potential there. Nothing like resurrecting an old build into something beautiful. You can get online instructions for free so don't buy at ebay Her ya go, this is the source http://modelmotorcars.com/pocher-manuals/
