Very nice, I dig it. What color did you paint the body?

Freaking sweet! My fiancee and I saw her actual 1:1 Porsche in the rock and roll hall of fame. Love it.

I've been looking into buying this kit, yours looks great!

Thank you! I appreciate it. I suppose I'll get some bare metal foil and finish it up from there.

You definitely did justice. That is a beautiful build. -
Oh man, those lights look awesome. Really great job, the putty kit looks sweet too!

Thanks guys! Here's a couple more. The lighting is much more accurate to the color in these pictures. It's more copper than orange. I like how it turned out, just wish some of the body pieces fit better. But it's alright. Moving on to the next one for now.

Howdy folks, I'm getting pretty close to being done with this build. Needless to say, it's been a total nightmare. I've had issues with fitment on almost every part, holes haven't lined up, holes needed widened, it came from the factory missing parts, the hood won't sit right no matter what I do to it, yadda yadda blah blah, and the list goes on. Anyway, I did the best I could with it. I tried my hardest to make a poor kit into something nice, and I suppose that's what counts. I'm debating on if I want to paint the chrome trim or if I want to get some foil and try that for the first time. That's basically all that is left. Here's a quick picture. I'll take some more tomorrow. Its nearly 5:00am and I think I'm calling it a night on this thing.

Welcome! I just joined the other day, as well. There's a ton of information here, and some of these people are amazingly talented!

I agree, that's how they should have been built. Looks awesome as a two door.
