  1. I am looking for a Revell 79 camaro z/28 3n1 kit thanks
  2. Not a clearance price . they had a cardboard cube of newer kits in the isle . There was 1 side of coke kits, some kits in tins, a Hot Wheels kit and the Cal Drag Combo and the Surf Shark .
  3. Have you looked at the Monogram/Revell 80 Ford Bronco 4X4 kits ? I think you can get your cab from the front of the bronco, the bed could be made with a second Bronco body .
  4. Has anyone found a tire that fits this kit?
  5. The tires are very soft rubber 2 piece from the 70's. The tampo looks good but is on the wrong side, you cant make logos on the outside of each tire , and mine was short shot on 1 side. The plastic is very rubber like . The decals look very nice.
  6. When did the S-10 molds get shipped to China ? Wasn’t the last issue the low rider 3 in 1 ?
  7. Dose anyone make gold Firebird decals ? I really like the Revell Smokey and the Bandit kit but the decals have the black between the pinstripes, I want to make one in metallic brown with gold pinstripes . I’ve tried citing the black out of the decals but I just end up ruining the gold Thanks
  8. The Revell Chevy Luv has a little “ Molded in USA “ on the box on Modelroundups website I thought all revell production was shipped to Poland and China now , is this because of the virus or was this planned before ?
  9. I’m looking for a Ford Edge in 1/24-1/25 scale , or is there a kit I can cut up to make something that looks like an Edge ?
  10. Hi, I am looking for some replacement tires that will fit the new Revell 78 GMC big game hunting truck . the kit tires are very soft and I’m having a hard time keeping them mounted to the kit wheels .
  11. any body know when the Escort will be out ? I will get about 10 of them .
  12. Cant blame this one on the Chinese , this kit is made in USA, just the tires one from China ,it's also the first kit to have the " West Chicago " sticker , at least the first I've seen . So it could be a brand new factory , they may not know when to pull them out ? the plastic feels the same as the rest of the America kits theve made the last few years , the 77 Chevy van , 77 GMC wrecker , and the 80 Ford Bronco , the Chinese plastic is a lot softer and more " milky " looking , I bought mine from HL and the body is straight but my roof has a little dip in it .
  13. Superpeterbilt is possibly the best person on this forum
  14. A 1995-2000 Chevy S-10 4.3 Vortec 2 door 2WD Short bed Any shade of Blue
  15. Is there a replacement tire that will fit the curant Revell truck /jeep kits . I hate the blank sidewalls that they put in the kits now .
  16. I'm looking for a replacement tire for the 1/32 monogram /Revell kits. I hate the hollow back ones that come in the kits .
  17. So you are saying that Revell and Round 2 are flat out lying ?i have not been to these factories or interviewed employes that work there but I turst what they print on the box , mostly because you can tell by the look of the plastic . Revell kits made here are of a stiffer plastic and more pure white . The china ones are softer plastic and more milky white .
  18. I buy the kits Revell makes in America. I also bought the new MPC/Round2 FordVan 1/20 kit .
  19. I only buy kits made in USA .maybe it's time to switch all production back over here .
  20. I build anything from the mid 70's to mid 80's , that's my favorite era of anything Cars , music, movies etc... So when I'm working on a 1980 Bronco listening to Motley Crue , with a Hunter DVD on the TV it's 1982 agin for me. I also have this weird thing were I look at something and think about how it would look in different colors , model kits are a great way to have 20 1980 Ford Broncos each in a different color .
  21. I like it to have the Good Year logo and name , but I really want the tires and wheels to fit together , some of the current kits I've tired to build the wheels are to small . Or I guess the tires are to big , or cut to big. I remember when the amt tires came solid and you had to cut out the centers yourself now there all cut out for you.
