  1. Some little updates. It's coming down to the detailed work and odds and ends to make it all come together. Got the grille mocked up and the window trim done. Painted up the battery. I will be adding positive and negative cables as well. I also got a few more engine wires done
  2. Thanks. I just couldn't leave it at box stock height. It took some tinkering and the wheel choice made it sit just right
  3. I moved the spindle up just over 5 millimeters
  4. Got some work done these past few weeks. The color is classic green pearl by duplicolor, and the roof, engine and interior are red oxide duplicolor as well. Three coats of clear over the green. Hope to hear the constructive criticism.
  5. I'm not a fan of Mustangs at all, in 1:1 or 1:24 scale. This one just made me like a Mustang for the first time in my life. Great looking build!

Really dig it! I'm a huge wagon fan
  7. I like it! I'm a wagon fan. can't go wrong with a blacked out sedan delivery.
  8. I like it! You should do no chrome. All satin finish on everything else. I think it would make the car pop
  9. Cool take on the new beetle. Great custom body mods so far! Looking forward to watching this one come together.
  10. Awesome work! The frame is amazing. I can't wait to see the chassis complete. Again, Great work!
  11. Big fan of the paint work. I have been waiting to go all out on the paint for one of mine. I have a Datsun 720 mini truck I was thinking of attacking
  12. I used the same copper craft wire as the line. Coil wrapped it around one strand of wire to my desired length. Then I just glued a coil to the center of of one measured out again to my specs for the car. A little copper touch up paint hides the glue joint really we'll. would have been way easier to order some. But I'm a budget builder and can't afford to spend money on all that fancy stuff all of the time haha. I do enjoy the challenge of making things on my own anyways.
  13. Thanks. And yes the T's I made as well
  14. Some update photos. Making some progress. I have been jumping around, working on different parts at the same time. I shaved the emblems off of the car and the door locks. I used a st of wheels I had from a c-10 build and modified them slightly to fit. Cut a hole in the hood for air cleaner. The hood is the stock hood from the 67 foose charger. Started modifying the rear bumper for a smoother, better fit
  15. Thanks everyone. Dale, I'd like to see how your coronet is coming along if you have any pics yet
  16. More brake line work and checking fit and ride height
  17. I moved the hubs in the front up to lower the front end down and cut the springs away from the rear axle to add more plastic between the two to lowere the rear. Separated front bumper from grille. Cut down the center and removed 2mm and glued back together, then plastic filled the license plate and outer holes. Started adding brake lines hand made. I'm a po boy so most of my stuff is made not bought haha.
  18. I started this one a few months ago. It will be slightly different than box stock, with a few added details. Going to start and make it as sleek and mean looking without Frankensteining the car. Just a nice low smooth custom
  19. Absolutely amazing work! I only wish I had the machines to create such intricate pieces. Looking forward to the finished product
  20. Thanks everyone. I will be putting some more pics up on the under glass.
  21. That's some amazing work! I wish I had the equipment you have.
