  1. Hey guys, working on the AMT Plymouth GTX and am using the 71 Charger chassis, engine and dash. My question is should I use the interior tub from the GTX kit or will the built up interior from the Charger kit work? If anyone here has done this conversion could you shed some light on how you went about it? This is a first for me so any advice would be appreciated. Heres a pic of the GTX KIT.........
  2. I will certainly agree! And that's 28 quality builds for sure.
  3. This kit was a real joy to build, so much I might have to expand into some other tractors that are out there, like the Revell Porsche and the Massey Ferguson 2680. My only issue was builder induced, could not get the hood to pivot open or closed. Painted with Testors gray primer and their flat red.
  4. Very nice looking dio, super job you've done there.
  5. I think it's definitely going to look good!
  6. Thanks for sharing, they really put them to the test with 50% grade climb.
  7. Beautiful build!
  8. JoAnn's sells models? I have a store near me but have never noticed any models.
  9. No doubt about it! Great work here.

Turned out super nice, I'm sure it was a bear to put together.
  13. Garry that is one fine looking car, seems like your going to be enjoying it! Hmmm,, I'm seeing that Leferrari I'm about to finish in my future!
  14. Oh man! Finishing up the older kit I snagged, need to order one of these to replace the black Daytona stripe in mine.
  15. That is some fantastic paint work!
  16. Love the color also, turned out super nice!
  17. Here's my take on the AMT Gas Man kit. I always wanted to paint something with the Testors " purple " so it found its way on to this build. Not really sure how they call it purple, seems more like lavender to me. Decided to install the bumpers front and rear, not sure if that would be allowed in its race class but wanted it to be different than the others posted up here. Also went ahead and painted up the race and stock hood using the scoop on the stock hood from my 69 Cougar kit. I see that I forgot to scuff up the tires, grrrr, it's always something! Thanks for looking and comments or criticism welcome.
  18. I don't know how I missed this post after a months time! Such an incredible build, I love it!
