That is a interesting looking color you have for the interior. What would it be?

I've looked through that thread several times... definitely a nice save.

I don't know what I'm going to do with them. Like originally planned I ended up gluing the back door shut, as I don't particularly care for the hinges. I think I maybe now I wish I had spent more time on them so I could have left it open. I may come up with a way to display them around it afterwards...

Out of my own curiosity, and if it may help some other inquiring minds... Revell? Amt? Which is the better build and why? I built the AMT version years ago and don't remember much about it... Recently Ive acquired versions of both.

Nah.. this one was a quick one. I messed up the paint job I was going for so I just sprayed it flat and ran with it. Everything on these go together so easy, once you get it painted it takes about 10 mins. I love a good snapper

Got the RR painted and cleared over the weekend... Added a Metallic Black stripe to the hood and taillight panel... now on to the guts...

I started this during last years CBR, but life got busy and it never really got off the ground. I made it as far as paint, and that's where it stalled out... This weekend I got it out of the box and cleared it. Hoping that, and starting this Wip, will get me in the right gear to finish... and it'll add to my year of Monogram builds as well... Stay tuned...

Thank ya guys! Much appreciated... DO IT! Not a lot of progress to report on this. I used the decent weather this weekend to catch up on yard work and knock out some other paint jobs. But I did get the barrels done... The show up a little darker in the photo.. but I'm pleased with how they turned out. Stay tuned....

Still don't know what direction I really want to go with this... but I've got it covered in flat black right now. I'm hoping this will speak to me now...

I've used wet look over lots of different paints, but I've always heard Tamiya is too hot for most... that's one of the reasons I've steered clear for so long.

I've been following along... it's really taking shape Got the body cleared over the weekend. It's getting closer... Stay tuned...
