  3. Very nice trucks!Jim,that orange Jimmy looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor!
  4. She's a real beauty Sean, you captured that 70's vibe to a tee!And regarding the mud flaps, somebody from that era once sang "Fat bottom girls you make the world go round".Great job!

  10. Really nice work Dan,looking forward to the finish!
  11. Thanks Sean, believe it or not all of the parts are still with the Ford!I'm just doing a little bit at a time on it and trying out some techniques.Like when I tried to remove one of the front wheels that was toed out and got a little too much heat near it.I melted half of the centerlink and tie rod end but fixed it with a piece of brass tubing and a little piece of plastic lol! Gino,I'm going to try and build more of an owner operator style on the KW.Struggling on a scheme, thinking about some decals for it.My first over the road big truck ride was probably in 74 in a KW cabover. That truck was green and white and had the lightning bolts on each side below the windshields. Gator, believe it or not that bench is probably 18 years old.Theres usually so much BLAH_BLAH_BLAH_BLAH on it that the back of it never got dirty. It's out in my shed where it's peaceful and I can leave everything laid out until I come back to it.My modelers mat came in the mail the other day and I just bought a lighted magnifier lamp for my old eyes lol.Even if I don't get much done it's still relaxing to spend a little time out there!
  12. Armed with some new supplies I have begun work on my second truck since many years. As a bonus,I found an old Ford Louisville Short Hauler In the basement that I started many years ago.Finding this site has been quite an inspiration !
  13. Nice build Jan,I had that kit as a kid!
  14. I'm also enjoying following this build! There was a lease operator in the late 80s at a place that I used to work at that had a Royale and I always thought they were cool trucks.Looks spot on!

  17. She's a beauty,like everything you did too it!
