Post your truck mockups.
catpack68 replied to Mike C.'s topic in WIP: Model Trucks: Pickups, Vans, SUVs, Light Commercial
Getting ready to start on this one soon.A Hasagawa VW Type 2 pick up with a Finksgarage VW Hurst front bumper guard and DiOlex Production Empi Sprintstar wheels/tires.I just noticed the crack on the body.A easy fix? -
I just finished up this one I started in November of last year. I started with the Revell 69 COPO Nova kit. I sanded off the vents on the front fenders. The tail lights are from the AMT Old Pro Nova kit. The decals are Fred Cady. The side marker lights are from a Keith Marks 68-72 Nova decal sheet. The color is Testors Nassau blue with Duplicolor 1k clear. The wheels and tires are Zman items. The LS engine/trans is from TX3D customs with an Iceman collections lowrise LS intake. The valve covers are from the AMT 70 L-T1 Corvette kit.VGC resins supplied the Optima battery, the electric fans and master cylinder. I remember my dad working on a 71 Rally Nova close to this color but it had white stripes when I was a kid. That was the inspiration for this build. Thanks for looking

Not a review, but a future release "hopefully" - Mustang II
catpack68 replied to Sledsel's topic in Car Kit News & Reviews
Damn I was thinking that was a 74-78 Mustang II kit but that’s cool that they’re reissuing that kit. I think there is some confusion about which Mustang II we’re talking about..
