    Ok,I’m in! Got my kit last week.Like Dennis Lacys’ Tudor, I am going to use the new issue Revell 32 Roadsters’ chassis, the blown small block engine/trans and the wheels/tires. I am waiting on a few parts for it and trying to wrap up another project.Hopefully I will have more updates soon.

    I got back to work on the Hasagawa Type 2 VW pick up after a long vacation. I got the body and other parts primed. I dechromed the bumpers and smoothed them out. I also primed the Finks Garage VW Hurst front bumper guard. I also paint detailed the DiOlex Production Empi Sprintstar wheels.

    Actually, I have decided to build this Pro Stock Dart instead of building it factory stock. I have everything to build it so it will be getting a Dana 60 rear and a Hemi using the Revell 68 Hemi Dart kit as a doner.One of these days I will get started on it.

    I really liked building it.The plastic was a little brittle but a really enjoyable kit to build. Looking forward to getting back to building the Hasagawa VW Type 2 pick up I was working on.

    Thanks for the heads up on that kit on Amazon.I built one earlier this year and I am currently working on the Hasegawa VW type 2 pick up. I might have to pick up another one to build later on down the road.

    Looking forward to seeing more progress on this one Scott! I plan on building the same car using the Johan 69 Road Runner kit and a AMT 69 GTX for the chassis,engine and transmission.I have the same SMP decal sheet for it too.

    That is really nice work!?I have a set of Polecat decals to do this car but I will use the Revell 71 Mustang to build it.
