MAn it has been a long time since i posted this how to ! I hope that i could have helped anyone that followed it and or changed the minds of the non lowrider fan by showing how much work is in to some of these paint jobs ! And i wanted to add pics to this topic that might draw some intrest ! and a finished pic ! I will a topic to the UNDER GLASS section for a full built veiw of the 70 custom ! Man I am glad to hear that this kit is back out ! It is one that does lack some details but it is a grat kit and was a blast to and its a SUPER PLUS that it is no longer molded in red plastic ! Heres the last 1 i built about 7 yrs ago ! And if i may say something with starting a word war ! WERE MODEL BUILDERS ,SO WHAT EVER MAY BE WRONG OR LACKING WE SHOULD BE CAPABLE TO TAKE WHAT WE KNOW AND FIX THE FACTORY PROBLEMS AND WE SHOULD REJOICE THAT WE ARE STILL BEING OFFERED ITEMS FOR OUR HOBBY !

LOL ! Well after the cutlass topic i post a couple weeks ago i had to do a build to restore my name in modeling world LOL ! So i seen a pic in the topic where some of you guys were building kits based from J's drawing and i saw this 61 Well i took a liken to it , and not being much of a builder from this era it was nice change ! Well here she is ! I call her IN A PEACH !

Hey Aftashox the wheels came from a dub city astro kit in 1/24 scale but they are wrapped in hoppin hydro slim 22 tires! This kit was only offered as a stock promo and hasn't been out in years but you can still find them from time to time on ebay ! Just type in Johan Thanks for the postive comment too ! I always build what i dream up no matter what the end result may bring

With all the mess my 70 cutlass got flowing i thought i bump this topic to show another of my OUT OF MY COMFORT ZONE BUILDS !

This is what this build was all about ! I built an item i have never done yet ! I'm a Lowrider builder if i had to label my self ! But really enjoy protouring, prostreet, minitrucks and tuners ! I may never build another model in the DONK subject but at the least i gave it a go !

That looks very clean and a like it would be a blast to drive !

LOL! Well good morning my building buddies! I know when i grabbed this out of the bag that it was going to start something ! Thats why in my frist post the last comment i made was that I WAS SORRY FOR PUTTING A 75 CUTLASS TO THIS TYPE OF CONFLICT !LOL ! Yo Jeff thanks for the comment brother but you should know me by now ! I don't need anyone to approve what i build ! I do it cause thats the build that popped up in my head so i did it ! Thats why they call me MINIDREAMS ! I dream i build it ! I love all the comments not 1 comes off to me as bashing, they are just insights to what we like or dislike and i enjoy the responses cause i would rather hear the truth rather then being told something i just want to hear ! If no one speaks the truth how do we grow as a builder ! My goal is to take the advice from everyones comments and better my self and hopefully 1 day i can be a builder as clean as BILL ! We should strive to better our own building skills with each and every build! If you not ,then your not a hobbiest , your just wasting time and not giving plastic the love she's looking for ! Neither Whale ! They are from the new revell snap kit i belive its a 1/32 scale kit ! Its the red 2009 mustang on the box ! Being the chevette wheel wells are smaller then the norm these wheels just happen to fit perfect with the opening and still give it a ture and still custom look ! The Pegasus wheels were to larger and the car didn't look right so i started hunting for wheels and found this kit and thought what the heck ! If they don't work my son can build the kit but they works !

This was just a quick curbside build ! Just got this done ! It was a promo i got from Pokey a few years back but now its completed !

I got a knock on the door today and here's what was awaiting me when i opened ! 6 of the kits pictured were from J.Smith and George 53 ! J Smith sent a caddy donk and a 63 donk ! Thanks for kits and reading my wanted ad! George and i did a trade from my trade topic and he sent the 66 elco, the buick gn , the 62 impala ,and the lindberg 66 olds ! Again thank you for reading my trade topic ! 2 great MCM members to deal with ! Both easy to talk to and had no troubles ! A+!
