  1. I still have half a bottle of paint left ,so i stripped it and will start over again, plus i'm waiting for new decals from keith Marks for it.
  2. Today's mail call, the Galaxie is mostly there.?
  3. Okay,so clearcoats were applied, but unfortunately i color sanded to much and left streaks in the paint and when i clearcoated they really show?.I used a old Fred Cady decal sheet and don't have another,So i'll try Keith Marks again and see if i get a reply back.
  4. Got these today off my local Facebook marketplace.?
  5. These arrived in the mail today?,can't buy enough of these!.
  6. Looks good! and the decals over the body just don't fit properly, when i get around to mine i'll leave them off or paint them on.
  7. Beautiful build of a kit Tamiya needs to reissue!!!,i'm just waiting for Zoomonmodels to restock their 850t5r transkit and grab a couple!!.
  8. Looks Awesome!,hard to believe this is a 30 year old car now.
  9. Picked up yesterday at the Hobbyshop for $30 bucks, not really into police stuff, but it was nicely weathered so...
  10. I will probably just go with black, since the car i'm copying looks to have a black interior.
  11. Small update for today, color coats applied.?
  12. I don't believe it is,i think AMT's 68 came out in the 80's and they don't appear to share any parts.
  13. Yup,the clear scoop and the injector stacks are still on the sprue.
  14. Just a small update for today, body in primer, unfortunately the side marker lights were already sanded off but i can make copies.i sanded off the door handles and keyholes,i will use photoetch and a extra pair of 69'nova door handles to replace,1st time using MR.Hobby primer and i'm really impressed, hopefully color coats tomorrow.?
  15. Great work so far!love the detailing on the wheels.
  16. Hello everyone, next up this old rebuilder i've had for over a decade, the inspiration for this build comes from a old 1991 issue of Musclecar Review.
  17. Thanks for the offer, but i scored a b/u 71'duster from the collection that darren was selling,so it will donate it's entire underpinnings and the interior is complete i just forgot to add the pics.
  18. Stunning!!.
  19. Very nice,do you make your own licence plates or are you buying them from somewhere?,i prefer to put Canadian plates on my builds when possible.
  20. The 74'Duster was done as an annual by MPC in 74,but they're pricey. For a better chassis and engine i suggest you use the Round2 71'Duster 340 kit.
  21. Today's arrival, didn't really need another 73'duster,but the price was right.?
  22. Looks real good so far,i believe when this kit was first released it shared some parts with the 69'coupe,that's why you have a fan shroud but no mention on your instruction sheet.
