Hi Greg, I like F1 but I'm far from an expert. As far as I know the B194 raced with either Benetton, Minichamps or Oracle markings on the sidepods. I believe (but don't quote me on this) the Bitburger sponsorship came with the B195 Renault powered car the following year. This is a B195 at Silverstone in 1995. You can see the sidepods (and most of the bodywork) are totally different. Thanks,

Rich, That model is known to carry a deadly virus and it is very dangerous! I am certified to do the proper disposition, so pack it up carefully and send it to me for disposal! I've never seen the UMI up close, but I remember seeing pictures of a nicely built sample a while back, so I think it should be buildable. How much effort, I don't know. This is not a Vodoo doll, nor I'm practicing automotive accupuncture or anything like that. I'm filling out pinholes in resin. This project needs more attention than previously thought. In that pic the wing is only supported by the airbrush cup. There is nothing else touching it. There is a square polishing pad laying flat behind the car. Maybe that's what you mean?

Hello, OK, enough fooling around. Time to get serious. Back to this project: Just like in the movies where somebody gets face surgery and there is always a dramatic scene carefully and slowly getting the bandages out and seeing the results for the first time: Was it a success? a failure? . . . . . WOHOO! It's a success! No major touch up seems to be needed. The roof needs some buffing but if it comes to worst, re-painting the roof is the least difficult task. Masking the separation lines on the colors worked great. This is far from over but it's going in the right direction. Thanks,
