  1. John that is another option for sure, Thanks!
  2. Alan that's a great idea! I think I will look thru my decals and find something!
  3. This is the 65 Ford pickup 4 x 4. I think this came out pretty well and went together pretty well. Any issues I had were totally my fault! One thing I messed up was I drilled the wrong hole for the drivers side mirror, so I didn’t want to do any repainting and just left it for now, I was thinking of putting maybe an antenna for a CB radio or something. Anybody have any ideas on something I could cover the whole with? Let me know what you guys think! All comments welcome!
  4. Interesting, so these kits were pretty much the same other than the battery box?
  5. Yeah I think they did a 66 Mercury and a 68 Torino in this style, I don’t know if there are others.
  6. Thanks Mark! I always thought that the headlights were only in the first issue so that's why I thought somebody maybe stuck those parts in.
  7. I have a question about a 64 Galaxie kit. I picked up the kit shown, it’s on “layaway” with a buddy! What I wanted to know was what release is this? Was it the second after the headlight version which I always thought was the original? The other question I have is this has the clear headlights and taillights from the working headlight issue but no battery box. I was thinking someone put these in this kit cause the instructions show separate headlight lenses installed from the front. I got a good deal so it’s not too much of an issue to me if they are the wrong parts! Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance!
  8. Hi all, I am looking for a couple longshot parts, first is a 1963 Johan Fury firewall but I need one molded in turquoise. This is to complete a very nice collector quality kit that will not be built! A friend wants it for his collection of unbuilt mint kits. Second is some parts for the Testors 1980 Blazer snap kt, I need the hood, bumpers, suspension parts and bumpers, or if anyone wants it I would be willing to move it along! Its a very generic toy like kit but has some nice fender flares molded in! Any help would be appreciated and Thanks in advance!!! Phil
  9. Sorry Al, I do id not get any pictures, was a pretty good show!
  10. John did you happen to make the show? I was vending at the show, wasn’t to bad!
  11. There is a model car show/swap meet in Youngwood PA tomorrow May 4th at the Youngwood firehall. Youngwood is east of Pittsburgh near Greensburgh PA. This is a smaller show but a pretty good show, I believe it opens to the public at 9:00! Sorry for the late posting!
  12. That is really beautiful!
  13. Stef that looks awesome! I REALLY like your tail light treatment and the hood scoops! How did you do the tail light?
