Yesterday my wife and I pulled into a Five Guys burger place and saw one of these. I talked to the owner and he was great. It was a 2016 with a V10. He has had it for only 2 weeks and it was the same color as this one I asked if I could take it for a spin and he said sure. We both laughed a lot at that one. It sounded awesome. -
Hi, just saw the new F1 trailer. Looks nice. On an early talk show Mario Lopez said they were the fastest cars on the planet. I guess he forgot TopFuel and Funny Cars on Nitro. https://video.search.yahoo.com/search/video?fr=yfp-t-s&p=f1+movie+trailer#id=2&vid=0125689e6426564ea84b29e118c3da8b&action=view

Hi everyone, I belong to a NHRA Fantasy league. It is a small league. We need 4 more players. It is a free league and is played everytime an event happens. We select 8 drivers in each class of Top Fuel, Funny Car, Pro Stock, Pro Stock Motocycle, Pro Mod, Top Alcohol Dragster and Funny Car, that is run at that event. You need to email your picks by each Friday night to the owner of league. His name is Terry Wickham. Please let me know if interested giving me your email. George

Hi I used to race many years ago and loved it. I went to a store that had 5-6 tracks in 1/24- 1/25 scale. The tracks were from 120 to 220 feet long. Are there any tracks in my area? Thanks, George

Hi, a couple of days ago, I went to my local store. They had only about 8 kits and no Spray cans. My wife and I went to another store and they only had 1 kit and again, no spray paint. are they discontinued? As a side note, walmart had all their spray paint (Krylon) locked up behind glass. A lady said they had to do that in different parts of store Lego,bb guns, pet flea stuff, etc...

Hi Michelle, nice build on this Bird. I was the proud owner of one in the "70s. Actually, my mom bought it as the insurance was to much if I bought it. It was orange i color and black interior. It had a 440ci with three two barrels. Six barrel, not Six Pack. It was a daily driver and we had it for 8 years and put 128k miles on it. It was stolen out of our driveway, never recovered. Your build has been done very nice. How long have you been doing models, and how old are you. If you are young, your skills are well beyond your years. Thanks, George

cleaning old car models
gbdolfans replied to gbdolfans's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Hi, yes, I will post pics when I clean some up. Also, I will post some with the dust. He won some awards in the Northeast. His name is Neal Weber. He served in the Air Force and worked in some missile silos where he fell and broke his neck. He did recover, although his movement was limited and had a stiff neck and back. Great guy and fun to talk to !! His stories were at times scary an to what went on in the sixties. Again, thanks to all !! George
