  1. It's a Urethane, so it's safe to go over anything (So far I haven't had a bad reaction on any type of paint I've used it over!), and usually one to two coats is all you'll need. As far as hiding details, it lays down thin enough where as long as you don't go heavy, the details are still there. Here's a couple of examples.... The Ford script is still visible, and the side marker is still completely there, and was easily foiled... I used Keith Marks decals, but the script is still there, so the added dimension gives them the look of real scripts! A resin 428 hood for a '66 fairlane, you can see the chrome trim at the back of the bulges still, this is two coats of primer... And the same hood, three color coats and two coats of U-POL, the trim is still there, and easily foiled!
  2. If you don't want to mix paints (And I fully understand that!) see if you can find U-POL Clear, it's the closest you'll get to a 2-Part Urethane without having to mix anything. It comes in a huge rattle-can, and lays down just as smooth as Nason without the mixing. You'll need a respirator or mask with good ventilation though, it's very strong, and it's hard to find sometimes, but worth it if you can get your hands on some!
  3. Bill, if you want to replicate the Gold scripts without buying Gold BMF, just get some Tamiya Clear Yellow. Apply the BMF, paint it as normal, and once the scripts are revealed, paint them with some Clear Yellow, you'll have beautiful Gold scripts! I don't have any scripts painted with it, but here's a pic of the Clear yellow on some X-S Tuning rims to show how it looks.
  4. I figured you'd nail this one, you are 100% correct, one of my favorite songs!
  5. Steven, get yourself some DuPont Nason clear, you'll love it! It's a 2-part Urethane that lays down smooth as glass and polishes up beautifully in 24 hours! Great color choices on this one, I predict another one of your gorgeous builds when this one is done!
  6. So they're push me then from side to side They're pushing me from black to white They're pushing till there's noting more to hear

  15. Glenn, they were on that same tour when I saw them in Fayetteville, NC. I was on the front row looking up at her...man, that's a good looking woman! I'm not a big fan of blondes, but if Doro Pesch would have me, I'd be right there!
  16. Good job Carl! Flight Of Icarus is one of those songs with great imagery, but the video is just blah! They could have done so much more, but for whatever reason, they went with a recording studio clip...what a waste!
  17. I couldn't tell you who this is or the name of the song, but it was the theme song for Soul Train!
