Painted up the wheels today , and finished up the interior ... started putting the PE on the body as well

Finished the dash and flocked the interior tonight ...

Foil done on trailer and clear applied ! I’ll use the molotow pens on the 60 as it doesnt have a lot of mouldings ...

Seriously , a Cadillac decal sheet of stock and coachbuilder scripts , plus wood grain ....

First round of foiling down ..... I’ll get at it again tonight ....

These were made 90-92 . There were only 2 kits released in the Ultimates line . This and a cobra . These were full detail kits with engines and PE parts included . Follow along as I build the 67 vette ..... I already sanded the mold lines and primed the body at this point . Check out the molded open handles !

It’s pretty much in every pic I take from some angle . It’s a slightly modified Crown Premeiums Snap On modern garage . I use it for a backdrop and storage , the lifts come in handy for my modelers A.D.D.

Even if I don’t end up liking the size side-by-side, I guess I’ll go ahead and finish this. It’s been on my shelf for over 10 years ..... But it any rate matching paint was a necessity in case I do decide to use it in the diorama

I’m one of those guys. I get it. I have an entire house and half of another house dedicated to models built , unbuilt and random parts . I have a hearse parked outside packed with unbuilt kits . And yet I still want to know what’s coming next and there are still kits that I never had the opportunity to re-purchase that i anxiously await their reproduction .... will I build everything I have? I’ll be dead long before that happens. Will I collect everything I’ve ever wanted up until the day that I die? You’re Damned right I will ......

There’s always an idiot out there like me willing to pay just about any price to have what they want ..... I don’t think they would have a problem at all selling that even if the price point was $ 400+ ... still cheaper than an origjnal And would balance out the market of overpriced originals as well
