So the mold was changed to a 69 and finally the 70.. I just can't see why they wouldn't want to produce something in high demand besides putting the same old kits out in new boxes...
i would think that some of those guys read the forums for ideas and input on what builders want.. Seems like moebius would try beating round2 to the punch a produce it..
Apparently these companies have plenty of money and are not interested in what the builders want..
Not real smart on round 2's part.. I would think that people from round 2 and other companies visit these model forums to see what people want.
oh well i was curious about the molds, seems these companies would be willing to do kits that would be hot sellers.
A local 4x4/ performance shop has one of those engines in the showroom, its complete with intake, carbs, and air cleaners. They have a 426 hemi complete but its got a hole in the block from kicking a rod out.
The doors are very heavy on those cars, they wear out hinges which causes them to not latch..
The 403 olds was notorious for overheating. That engine was one of the biggest boat anchors to come out of detroit.
