    A local 4x4/ performance shop has one of those engines in the showroom, its complete with intake, carbs, and air cleaners. They have a 426 hemi complete but its got a hole in the block from kicking a rod out.

    i absolutely agree.. i enjoy restoring them a little more than a new build.

    The doors are very heavy on those cars, they wear out hinges which causes them to not latch.. The 403 olds was notorious for overheating. That engine was one of the biggest boat anchors to come out of detroit.

    this kit has the closed trunk. its a 66 though. I've got this glue bomb. i also have the kit with open trunk. here is the glue bomb with closed trunk. plan is to do a rebuild one day.

    You could do a hurst street version cuda. Thats one I've thought about doing.

    radiator support fixed...Nothing is glued or taped in pic..

    I really have no plans for it at this point. I always hang onto them because one day i might need a part off it.

    Now this one deserves a post of its own. The true defeniton of a glue bomb! This thing probably has 3 tubes of glue on it and also the classic lighter melt for the front wheels.. ? Powered by a sbf ? bought a box of parts at a flea mkt and it was in the box.

    Finally got back to this, haven't gotten alot done since my dad passed but now im back on it. Got the firewall and inner fender wells done. Nothing glued or taped in pic. It does have a different radiator support in it now.
