this is another model I built from items in my parts boxes the body,interior pan,dash,bumpers,hood,grille are from a mpc 68 coronet rt convertible and a chassis from a mpc 69 charger snap kit the roof is a cut down and modified custom roof from a amt 65 gto I painted the base color testors extreme lacquer electric pink with top coat a light dusting of Tamiya ts-59 pearl light red custom 68 coronet rt.mp4

this cutlass I made with parts from a 1/25 scale Revell 1972 Olds cutlass Supreme convertible mainly the body,hood, interior, front and back chrome and a roof from a 1/24 scale Revell 70 chevelle body and the chassis from a 1/25 scale Revell snaptite 70 chevelle all these came from various parts boxes same with the rims/tires and brakes I used sculpting putty to smooth out were the roof meets the body and to fill in the gaps were the bumpers meet the body to give it that mild custom look I painted the body rust-oleum 2x gloss brilliant blue 72 olds cutlass supreme.mp4

thank you i do it quit a bit when i either do not have all the parts or if i do not have any full kits left and i either redo a model on my shelf or piece a model together from my parts boxes à la one piece at a time

awesome work the only thing from the police version i want is the hood so i can do a factory stock baseline charger with a non hood scoop hood
