this is model 4 of my knight rider reboot of the original show idea it would be a 1 to 1 remake of the original show episodes and set in the same time frame as the original but all of KITTs functions are voice activated and there is a dash mounted holographic heads up display were all video calls and case info could be projected onto the inside of the windshield I also borrowed the voice modulator design from the 08 series and instead of a firebird they choose to use a camaro this is how I reimagined the season 4 convertible mode i even made a Michael knight figure and put him in the drivers seat

Nice work I have never been a fan the firebirds i thought they were the ugly knock off camaro wannabes I have always preferred the Camaros of ever generation they have of them but recently I have grown to like the 3rd gen trans ams with t-tops and I love one particular custom black 82 trans am t-top and that is the one that talks and has a bunch of gadgets and modes built in an in most cases indestructible and can go 300 miles a hour in one of the modes and that trans am is the knight industries 2000 or KITT if you prefer

thank you and it is cool but i have never done lighting in any type of model and would not know the first thing about doing it unless it was plug and play type plus there is not alot of room to stuff big batteries like 9v or aa or aaa that most lighting requires i was thinking about using the lighting and battery units from the jada 1/24 scale die-cast knight rider models in the aoshima knight rider kits

thank you i have to track down two revell special edition 2008 shelby gt500kr kits which are about hard to find as the knight rider kits or 3rd gen pontiac firebird model kits

thanks i have only watched two episodes of the original show a early episode and late episode both were horrible all the actors were either wooden or phoneing it in and nothing was funny and none of it made sense to me and i saw the first half of the first theatrical film it was horrid also i had only watched it case i had just seen the first jackass movie and i wanted to see johnny knoxville in something else i had found a dvd copy of that dukes movie at a yard sale for 5 cents and there was a second homemade dvd with those two episodes of the original show i ended up snapping both disks in half and shredded the dvd case artwork i later looked up more about the show only to find more about it that did not make sense both for the car and the backstory for the duke cousins i also never liked country music as it is just annoying noise to me so the theme was never fun to listen to plus most of the lyrics did not even make sense to the plot of the show and no other action show in the late 70's and 80's had theme songs with lyrics only family or group of friends centered sitcoms and animated shows did and a narrator/balladeer was not needed for a stand alone episode series a narrator at the start and end of a episode is really only needed on shows with a season or series long story arc like the pokemon anime or stargate universe or even the newer trek shows and on shows that had two or 3 part episodes or season cliffhangers which all are more recaps with either it starting with previously on then the recap or just a bunch of import scenes or dialogue from previous episodes at the start and the end of said episodes a to be continued also i still think they would have got better actors for the show if they had set it in a small town in california to start plus most of the action shows that were rivals of dukes were set in california as the main characters are based out of with one set in hawaii
