yea... i kinda had to since the lift left it all exposed.... i need to cover the top of the gas tank still tho.... easy... the body lift pieces are just eyelets that i'm gonna paint over when i paint the chassis...

what color gonna be over it?

MPC made the 82-end El camino front clip only available in this kit and the monster truck kit.... i believe they destroyed the mold to do the SS front..... oh and its in 1:25 scale not 1:24 like the revell/monogram

got the rear body mounts taken care of.... so now it sits raised on 10 mounts.... and this muffler and crossmember wasn't good enough.... so i just cut it out and put in a new one.....

the metallic paints are Duplicolor spraycan paints found at a lot of parts stores with their touchup paints... its part of their Metalspecks series..... the tape i got from a friend on another forum... sometimes i just cut my own tape though.. here's a quick update on my ramcharger..... filled and shaped the axle tops...

the pins are holding the shackles in place.... i'll cut them off after its painted and assembled.... wheels on the dually are from the Revell Pete 359 with the 86 monte carlo streetburner tires thanks
