hmm......... I've never seen a color so far off and I've been building almost 55 years. sorry about your luck on this. I was painting a 71 cuda a couple years ago and dropped it on the floor totally ruining a top coat. I know how you feel.

the headlights came from the 29 roadster kit as did the steering wheel. I have had good luck using testors paints rattle cans without using primers. this build has 2 nice even coats of color followed by 2 coats of wet look clear with good results. thank you for your questions and commenting Steve!

just got this kit in the mail. going to be robbing parts from the 29 roadster model. body paint will be from tamiya. plan on raising the rear slightly and might use slicks from the parts pack. c&c are welcome as usual and thanks for looking.
