  1. Thank you, Brian! The dump body is still in the paint shop, and I have a few more details to add.
  2. Hi everyone, This is my first photo submission to this forum, although, I have been a member for quite some time. This will be a typical northeast Mack B-81 "ten wheeler dump" from back in the day. The cab, chassis, and running gear are from Dave Natale at American Industrial Truck Models, and the dump body is a glue bomb AMT Montone that I got off Ebay. It has been completely redone, and is in the "paint shop" now. The plow frame is from Ryan Pedone. There are still many details yet, to be added. Thanks for looking. Bob
  3. Graham, this is truly a magnificent piece of craftsmanship! I actually thought that it was the real thing at first! Outstanding! Bob
  4. Charlie, you've nailed it (as usual)!
  5. Marcus, beautiful build!! Where did you get the tool box for the bed?
  6. Lee, nice job on this conversion!! You can do a lot with those JMT Mack tankers! Keep up the good work!
  7. Larry, this is just an amazing build! You've captured the "look" and stance of this subject unbelievably! Great work!
  8. Lee, if you are looking for some input, the Mack B-75 would look great as a tractor! The B-81 would look great as either a tractor or a dump IF you got some 24"tires/ wheels from Dave Natale at AITM Models. He produces some great parts and kits!
  9. Charlie, This project came out great! This cab, like the Mack "B" series, could be used for just about any type of truck, from medium duty to heavy duty. good job!! Bob
  10. Hi Charlie, You'd be amazed at some of the places I show up! (LOL) You're right about this being a new (at the time) Mass. DPW truck. This was a delivery photo taken in Medford, at the IH dealer on Mystic Ave.
  11. Hi Charlie, You'd be amazed at some of the places I show up! (LOL) You're right about this being a new (at the time) Mass. DPW truck. This was a delivery photo taken before the application of the door seals and license plates, in front of the International Harvester dealer on Mystic Ave. in Medford. Your cab is looking really good. Looks like there are a lot of guys interested in the castings! Keep up the good work!
  12. Charlie, As usual, you've done a fantastic job on this cab conversion! If anyone can do justice molding and casting this for you, Dave Natale can! Just thought I'd throw this photo into the mix for an additional model idea.
  13. Jeff, You did a fantastic job on this Brock! I worked for the Boston Brockway branch when I got out of the service, and drove many a Brock to and from Cortland, Elizabeth, etc. to Boston. This 361 is the most accurate and authentic Brockway model I have ever seen! Looks like the real thing! Outstanding! Bob
