  3. HI Dave, Well, when you see what the last issues of the joham prostock kits selling in the $50.00+ range and the two in one stock/funny car maverick kits selling for $100.00+ range. I think a retool with a stock and funny car/prostock version would sell very well. Steve
  4. Hi, Johans were my favorite kits to build as a kit(with all their problems lol). I built the models that came with metal axles so I could play with the car after I was done. I hated the old revell kits with the tiny metal pins and steerable wheels. Couldn't roll those cars arround. Steve

  6. HI, Yet another subject for the new cartaker of the amt/mpc molds to do. A "new" maverick would be great. Still can't figure out why they are doing a Nascar COT car. Doesn't he know revell dropped all their nascar kits due the very high fees demanded by Nascar. Go figure. Steve

  13. HI, Straight household bleach works on enamel and chrome. Around 1.00/gallon, cheapest stripper I've used. Steve

  19. HI, I use simple green and purple power. You must use gloves as this stuff attacks your skin. I have used oven cleaner with limited success. Bottom line is be safe. Steve
  20. HI, Mineral spirts is a oil based solvent. Make sure you don't leave the body in there too long. I think it would eventually soften the plastic. Steve

  23. HI, A buddy of mine is a big mopar kit collector. His is trying to find some info on this kit(photo of kit, date mfg etc). He remembers is was molded in black plastic. any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,Steve
  24. HI, It is a pretty old kit. I'm thinking it was first issued in the mid-1960's with a red truck on the box. Steve
