  1. Wow ! That looks good. I just finished a '48 Ford convertible , but .....I'm almost ashamed to say it......it's shiny.
  2. Funny thing about that show was that the original ads for it showed a '67 Chevelle SS. Guess they changed their minds ?
  3. I intend to build a Convertible using the fender fadeaways and one of the custom grilles from the new kit. I've always wanted to try the Carson style top on the Pro-Modeler version of the convertible , but I never liked the modern custom parts in that kit. Presuming I finish that in a reasonable amount of time , I'll probably just build the chopped coup with whichever parts are left.
  4. Thanks for the pictures Gregg ! FWIW , as everyone is complaining/commenting on the stock versus chopped roof, I can't help but wonder what it would look like with a GM style fastbask. Such as the one in the Galaxie '46-'48 Chevy. Hmmmmm.
  5. I agree. I got that one "wrong" too. But I'd say 20 seconds is safer than 3 in any circumstance ! Oh well.
  6. No , in fact , the '65 GT 350 had Cragar mags on it.They where called Cragar GTs . while they looked similar to the Hurst wheel, they were Cragars.
  7. It is possible to build a '67 El Camino , but you need to cut & glue a '67 Chevelle nose & taillights to the '66 El Camino. Nice build by the way.
