Been slowly working away on the Pete, got the rear axles and tires installed.
Kinda thinking now I should of done the chassis in another color but it's painted now not going to cover up what I already did. Have to remember that for my next rig build.
Thanks bud
Liking the kit so far, not as detailed as the Australian Kenworth I last did but nothing wrong with doing something a little easier too.
Thanks pal
Not much to show so far, painted the frame and glued the gas tanks on.
Trying to decide on body and interior colors, thinking of a maroon for the body. Need to check through my paints and see what strikes me.
Decided to build Revell's Peterbilt 359 Conventional as my next project.
Have only built two other rigs before and they were over 10 years ago . Seen this one on sale so decided to give it a go. Looks to be a pretty straightforward kit so should be an easy build.
Finished up my latest project, a 1971 Dodge Charger. The kit had been built before and needed a few baths in easy-off. Front end and rear end was broke so glued them back together best I could.
Not perfect but I'm happy with the finished product.
Almost got the rear end glued back together so decided to try out my latest purchase and throw some paint on the Charger.
Definitely makes painting things much easier.
