I usually fill up @ BJ's warehouse, but I didn't have my card with me. They're usually cheaper than the other gas stations by 10 cents per gallon.

Yep, it's the added on tax that drives it up. Here in Maryland it's 46.1 cents tax per gallon 🤬.. I filled up today @ $2.93 per gallon, that's the cash price. Their premium is $4.19 per gallon.

Today, I was surprised by a member of the forum that bought this kit and had it sent to me jokingly, because I mentioned that I probably wouldn't buy it due to its unrealness. Now that I have it, it's actually pretty cool. Now I am going to have to break down and buy it's sister kit the Groovy Grader. 😏 as I said before, one can never have enough show rods!

Off of ebay comes another show rod to fill the void. I thought judging from the sellers photos it was missing the rear slicks and the decals. I was wrong, it's missing the two front tires and the decals were tucked in the instruction sheet. More than likely I have tires that'll work nicely. Edit: upon information given by Mr. Mopar, those front tires are not missing. They are molded in plastic. But I will still use rubber tires when it's built.

Today's ballgame I mentioned above, was perfect. No rain and we won! Orioles 4... white Sox 2. I'm very pleased..😁

A buddy of mine from the forum warned me to stay away from the "What irked you today page" due to the bad juju that it's page number carries (666). So I'm taking his good advice and coming over here to the good side! So in approximately 12 hours I'll be heading to watch the Baltimore Orioles play the Chicago White Sox at Oriole Park at Camden Yards with my brother-in-law, daughter and my grandson. All around this will be an awesome outing. We won the tickets, it is my grandson's first baseball game to see in person and it will be with family. The only things that I can think of that would top it off is to have no rain and we win!

I just picked up one of this kit, minus the rear slicks and decals 🫤 I have a set of Pegasus drag slicks that'll have to check out and also give STS a call for the decals.
