  1. Best thing is that the police were involved. I'm glad it wasn't worst. You can never have enough cameras.
  2. I can totally understand. I can't move my model room and its 30 years of goodies until I can move out tons of wall to wall antique furniture stuffed in a room in dad's basement. That's where I plan on reerected my model room. Hopefully before the end of summer.
  3. Today at St. Johns church, our local radio station, WTTR hosted a meet and greet with two retired, former Orioles players, Tippy Martinez and Rick Krivda. Everyone who attended received a choice of a either a Orioles baseball cap, an Orioles bird bobble head, a Birdland Jersey, a flowered Orioles shirt or a Orioles drinking cup. Every adult entree received a raffle ticket for chance at the drawing for tickets to a Orioles home game. I took one if my 1980's Topps Tippy baseball cards (that never made it to my bicycle tire for that motorcycle noise we cherished as a kid) and had him signed it. That and tickets we won for a home game through the raffle was the high light of the day. The fellow in the orange shirt is an announcer on WTTR.. Great event, good people Also, as of two days ago, my new roof is finally done. Now to contact my insurance company to update their info.
  4. I saw this sitting in the parking lot at the local ice cream store. The owner had problems getting her started back up after stopping for a quick bite to eat. 1931 ford flatbed under reconstruction. After clearing the fuel line of debris she started right back up.
  5. They usually use the bell for rainy days, but hey, it works to combat the sun too.
  6. Saw this '70 pickup while at the landfill yesterday. As I approached the old gent remarked "No, it's not for sale" I told him I just wanted to compliment him on how nice it was and to ask if he needed help. He told me that he'd bought it new in '69 and it was his baby. Nice truck, owned by a nice old timer.
  7. I didn't get any photos of what was laid out on their table, but one not mentioned here was the show rod Roamin Chariot. I asked when was that going to be coming out? The answer was "who knows with what's going on right now, your guess is as good as ours" I believe that was directed to all on the table.
  8. Those were phamoninal paint jobs that just blew me away, very humble guy too.
  9. Much criticism falls on deaf ears as does sarcasm to those who do not worry or thrive on what others think.
  10. These came by mail while I was at the NNL East buying other kits..🤫
  11. "Flick it, don't eat it!" said mommy to me when I picked my nose, but she didn't know I was gonna wipe it on her dress when she wasn't looking.
