  1. My 87 Grand National was the same way. It was silly for sure.
  2. Challenger R/T Scat Pac. Great daily weather permitting.
  3. Based on all the light housings, this one must be the 1998 Monte Carlo car. I love these cars.
  4. The good thing is the CTS does not use the Northstar V8. It uses a Direct injected Dual overhead cam VVT 3.6 V6. We had one with high mileage. It was a 09 CTS4 with 235,000 miles on it when we got it. Great running car. Pretty fast too. Our Current 3.6 powered Cadillac is a 2014 ATS4 with 195,000 miles. Both cars feel like a new car due to the original owners maintaining them. Both cars were bought cheap as well due to the mileage. The ATS4 has 321 hp and weighs 3500 lbs making it a fairly fast sedan.
  5. I would say mine is the 1984 Corvette. I spent all of 82, and a bit of 83 waiting on the 30th anniversary 1983 Corvette to debut. I even purchased a magazine in early 1983 devoted to the all-new 1983 Corvette. Unfortunately, GM had enough setbacks to push the release date too close to the 1984 order window, the 1983 Corvette would not be a thing. This also gave GM a chance to decide to scratch the base 15" wheel before the all-new Corvette hit showrooms. 40ish cars were built for 1983 but never sold to the public. Only one 1983 Corvette still exists and is on display at the Corvette Museum. 1984 marked the only year Cross Fire Injection would exist in a C4 Corvette. It was a lousy system that needed to die a horrible death, but the air intake on the C4 was well engineered. It took fresh air from duct work molded into the clamshell hood. Today I have a few 84-85 C4 model kits in various sizes, and the same magazine devoted to the all-new 1983 Corvette. I have owned many fast American and Australian cars, but never a C4 Corvette. I test drove one once and hated how low the seating position and the entering and exiting thing was a pain. But I still love the cars for what they were.
  6. Outstanding build.
  7. Another two adopted. That make 5 ST Blazers.
  8. Outstanding. I like the back story too.
  9. Not too sure year. I know what I know, and I don't know no more. LOL
  10. After picking up the 2022 Corvette yesterday, I found myself adopting another one to give a warm safe home today. Don't ask me why I like these cars. I would need another thread, a shot, and some time on a couch to explain it.
  11. Actually, they are 5.7 AWD. I was never sure why some got one wheel, and others got a different wheel. Now I know Thanks for the info.
  12. The last of my holy grails, and you have one still sealed. Outstanding!
  13. I almost bought those wheels, but here in NH, the ones that come with the kit are the ones on our state cruisers. Unmarked use the same, or the full hubcap. I am not sure if it based on year or option package.
