  1. Great solution to a fiddly part of this otherwise dead simple airbrush. I've just been putting up with the allen wrench all these years.
  2. Love the color combo. This is the better looking cousin of the AquaMochine! (search this forum)
  3. Looking closer, it is an old truck, kept clean. Excellent!
  4. Slick trick on that magnetic hinge! Cool aged truck showing off fresh tires!
  5. Closer view. The bumpers and wheels are SnJ aluminum polishing powder over gloss black. Mirrors are Molotow Liquid Chrome. Hinges are Bare Metal foil.
  6. I'm happy with the way this turned out. Assembly was made tedious by the 'pesky runner removal process.' Inexperienced modelers may have difficulty with cleanup of sprue attachment runners and getting parts to even fit together. Regards, Jeff Oliver
  7. With the way the spindles mount, it looked like I could make the steering poseable. I cut the steering link from the axle, drilled the ends and made some pins to fix the ends. Then I assembled the link to the spindles. Turning radius 40 acres! LOL Regards, Jeff Oliver
  8. I started with Hawk airplane kits and Bachmann Birds! Man I wish Atlantis could get those tools. Then the 63 Corvette came out and I just had to have one. It was built and rebuilt, added felt upholstery, brush paint, woodburning pen to melt-weld plastic (those fumes omg) and conversion to slot car body. I have a bunch of parts from early kits, ( those that escaped firecrackers!) Regards, Jeff Oliver
  9. Thanks for looking! Regards, Jeff Oliver
  10. Motor is wired and weathered kit flathead.
  11. This is a cool old kit. Built a few, all fun.
