Cool, nice job! Weathered just right! I always wondered who (or what?) operated that rear machine gun!

I'll be spending a week enjoying (working in?) the Bloomington area for a week starting the 11th. I found a really nice slot car store but looking more for a Scale Model store (besides Hobby Blobby). Thanx in advance! -Raoul

I'll put money on the F-85 Streaker.

Received a nice email from Doug Ridge at Round2 and he stated that the 1934 Ford Sunoco decal sheet itself will probably be available sometime in September with the kit itself due out in a couple weeks.
-
Found it Thanx!

Where is this Order Sheet? I've looked on Round2's site and only find a Replacement Part form.

I'll split the cost with you for the decal sheet! ?

Am I seeing that right, you turned a hardtop into a sedan?

Wow, they should make breathalizers for keyboards to prevent drunkin posting...heh All I was trying to say is green is not my fav car color except for this and you've nailed it beautifully! It really does look like a real car in your pix.

Green, Ugh. Green belongs on Army Fatigues. The *only* green I could stand on a car was this green, 1970 Plymouth. Even the interior was livable. Most green interiors (1:1) would make me gag after only a few miles, except for this one. Back in the early '70s I worked at a brand new Sunoco station and one of our customers had a '70 Plymouth Barracuda slant six auto(Column Shift), the exact color scheme you have going here. Like I said, green belongs on army fatigues but this was different, it was livable and you've really nailed it. Great Job! ?

Just a thought, I would check the filters (both in AND out) on your compressor.

Ha, forgot to add pictures. Polished (sanded) the fenders to see if I could get the paint marring out but ended up going through the paint so, seeing as how they were nicely sanded, I brush painted them with Testors Gloss black enamel... they came out alright. Yea, it's a fancy ast trailer for 1964! lol

Old truck towing mirrors
Raoul Ross replied to Raoul Ross's topic in Car Aftermarket / Resin / 3D Printed
Thanx guys, the FIreball set looks closest to what I'm looking for! -
Somebody on here will have an answer, that's why I love this place. Does anybody make old truck mirrors like these, 1/25ish?

I did a search on Mark's Vintage Plastic Junkyard and found him on ebay... interesting stuff!

The Wheels/Tires were 'Meh', painted the slots but it just wasn't doing it for me. Sprayed the wheels with Tamiya flat clear and they were close but still need something. So I installed the whitewall tires from the Chevy 3100 pickup I'm gonna build to pull it and Bango, I had it! Painted the taillights with some Model Master Red/Yellow Metalics, not too bad! More to come! Hope you enjoy this.
