  1. Thanx! I like it a lot but Fiesta STs are a little annoyed by it, LOL. Gonna do some Autocrossing with it now.
  2. FWIR the guy who designed the 944 for Porsche went to Mazda and helped with the RX-7 Gen2 design.
  3. Got my first ticket driving home from getting my license, ran a stop sign and hit another car.... in my Dad's car!
  4. 2015 Sonic RS with a mild tune, Factory Cat Back, CAI, WaveTrak LSD, ClutchMasters Stage2 Clutch and Aluminum Flywheel, Upgraded Intercooler, Buick Encore slotted rotors with Camaro SS calipers upfront, Fast Wheels (Canada Wheels) FC04 17x8.5 and Hankook Ventus V12 Evo2 tires.
  5. That is a refreshingly honest letter... Thanx!
  6. J3 would make a cool air cleaner lid!
  7. I found this while also looking for alternatives, but it's $PRICY$ https://www.culturehustleusa.com/collections/potions/products/mirror
  8. Is his name Fang, per chance? Sorry, I couldn't resist... heh ?
  9. Ha! That is stupid easy! I have a variable I haven't used in years that I'll be doing this with. Great Tip!
  10. Found this at the local hobby shop today. I remember when I was doing this in the late 60s/early70s there was a few Allison engined drag cars. I think Art Arfons was one of them (before he got into Jet Engines!) and I always wanted to build one..... Hmmm, I have a '53 Nash Sedan Delivery (Flintstone resin) that it might look good in! Or is this too valuable to even open up? I actually built a Thunderbird (71?) with a jet engine back then. I got my brother to buy a 1/48 jet airplane model (1/25 would'a been too big!) and then robbed the engine out of it and mounted it in the T-Bird. The intake was right behind the windshield and the tailpipe stuck out the back about a scale foot. Never got to finish that one...
  11. Those were ones I found that I couldn't open, guess I downloaded them wrong... Thanx!
  12. To follow up on gasser classes, I looked far and wide to find original NHRA Rule books. I found a set on HAMB but either the links are broken or the files were created incorrectly (PDF). I did however find this (down a bit on the page) https://www.chevytalk.org/fusionbb/showtopic.php?tid/224328/ For instance, my introduction (Hello from the Badger State) shows my 41 Willys gasser with AA/G class designator, meaning it's from 1966. Hope that helps! EDIT: Oh, and to stay on topic, I always thought a 69 AMX would be a great Gasser!
  13. While the lettering is a little big, that upper radiator hose is awesome!
  14. I do not remember the name but there's Rail Road X-ing signal in the parking lot, 2 or 3 slotcar tracks and a scale drag strip in the back! Some really old/out of production kits, it was a little slice of heaven!
  15. See, this is why I only wanna build drag cars..... ALL THAT INTERIOR STUFF! LOL, just kiddin around, this is freakin awesome esp. that front spoiler, beautiful work!. The 'only' thing I see being off is the front seats need to move forward some, there's no foot room for the poor rear seat passengers! HA!
  16. Sorry to Hi-Jack the thread but what wheels are those?
  17. Hey no problem. Custom Caps and Wheel Pack AMTPP021
  18. I think AMT has a wheel pack with some chrome reverse wheels in it.
  19. Mucho Imprezo! Don't know if you've seen this as you seem to have found a lot of really great 1:1 shots, just thought I'd throw it out there. You can really see the differences between the original and the clone. https://www.drivingline.com/articles/the-mooneyes-dragster-cloning-our-heros-3-of-3/
