  1. Nice build. It's nice to see this kit built as a race car. carrucha
  2. Nice Bel Air. The antenna toppers are a nice touch. I would highly recommend that you foil the upper left and right window chrome molding. It would make a nice model even better. carrucha
  3. Nice Chevy. Good job on the conversion. It's nice to be able to build a model of a car you used to own or drive. carrucha
  4. Super sweet Caddy! Very good job on the paint and interior. I really dig the really low stance and wheel & tire combo. Excellent job. carrucha
  5. Excellent job on the weathering. It looks very realistic. I really like the garage background for your pics. Good job. carrucha
  6. Nice looking Model T hotrod. I like your choice of engine. Excellent tire and wheel combo. Good job. carrucha
  7. Nice clean build. I like the color combo and the wheels. Good job. carrucha

    Bomb

Nice lowrider bomb. I like the color combo. I also used the AMT 1960 Chevy pickup inline six when I built my '39 Chevy lowrider bomb 4-door sedan. Lowrider Chevy bombs only look good with inline six engines. Too bad the kit doesn't include a stock hood. If you want a stock hood, you need to take the one out of the sedan delivery kit. If you need more ideas on detailing your lowrider bomb, check out the following websites: http://royalcruisers.com http://www.baybombs.com/ http://www.viejitoscarclub.com http://www.oldiescc.com/ http://www.chevybombs.com/ http://www.oldmemoriessgv.net/ http://www.oldmemoriescc.com/ http://www.oldmemoriescarclub.com carrucha
  9. Looks good so far. I can't wait to see it done. carrucha
  10. That's one sweet Caddy. Good job. carrucha
  11. Sweet '32 Sedan. Best one I have seen so far. carrucha
  12. The Modelhaus offers a resin 1959 Chevy four door hardtop roof section so you may not have to buy the R&R resin kit just for the roof. carrucha
  13. Very well built gasser pickup truck. Good job at detailing the interior and engine compartment. The one advantage of having opening doors is that you can see a well-detailed interior such as this Willy's. Hopefully you’ll bring it to the NNL West this year. It will stand out on the Gasser theme table. See you at the show!! carrucha
  14. Looks like a good show. Thanks for sharing. carrucha
  15. Sweet custom Chevy. I really like the color. Good job. carrucha
  16. Great idea on building these vintage kits like the box art. Nice clean builds. These models show that nice clean builds with little or no after market parts can be just as nice as ones with a lot of after market parts. carrucha
  17. The Tovar '39 Chevy convertable was the cover car in the May 2001 issue of Lowrider Magazine. carrucha
  18. Awesome paint job on the '65 Impala. I really dig the old school 1970's look you are going for on this model. As for old school lowrider wheels, I prefer the Astro Supremes with thin whitewalls that are in the pictures you posted. That AMT '70 Impala kit has some cool old school parts for lowriders. Besides the Supremes and Cragars, it also has a chain steering wheel. Keep up the good work. carrucha
  19. Good work on your models, especially the fire truck! Excellent job on the scratch building work on the firetruck. carrucha
  20. Bienvenido al foro de la revista Model Cars! (Welcome to the Model Cars Magazine forum!) carrucha
  21. Nice lowrider. Good job on the paint. I also just build for myself and any award or recognition is just "icing on the cake". carrucha
  22. Nice Pontiac. Nice wheels and paint. Good job on the bare metal foil. carrucha
  23. Another great hot rod. I really dig the color. Excellent wheel and tire combo. I hope you bring it to the NNL West this year. carrucha
  24. Sweet gasser pickup. Very good detail throughout. carrucha
  25. Excellent Willys gasser. Very nice decals. Very well done. carrucha
