Headed to my Doctor's appointment this morning, traveling along a two-lane road in a BEAUTIFUL semi-rural part of the county and what do I come across? A BIG curved screen TV dumped along the side of the road, along with its wall mount and some other trash. I don't know what's been going on in my neck of SoCal lately, but we're seeing more and more electronic waste, broken up furniture, old trailers, broken down, dilapidated boats and other sorts of garbage dumped on the side of the road by a-holes that are undoubtedly too stupid, lazy, miserly and/or indifferent to properly dispose of their junk.

Lost my little buddy this morning

So sorry for your loss, Eric. I feel your pain. The love our pets show us is without measure. I had a cat, a brown tabby Maine Coon Cat, named TC, that curled up and slept between my knees every night. She would also jump into my lap when I was at my desk and try to sit on my shoulder. When I was watching sports on my old rear projection TV, she would choose a spot in the banner that scrolled along the bottom of the screen, chase it across the screen until it disappeared, stop and look at me like "where did it go?", then run back to the left side of the TV and do it again. She went out to hunt every morning and didn't come home one day. We assume a coyote got her. She's been gone a little over 11 years and I still miss her terribly... -

scale of incompetence in engine design coupled with the American consumer being completely ignorant and unwilling to have proper maintenance performed per the maintenance schedule is what led me to have a BUNCH of cars with destroyed interference engines due to timing belt failures abandoned at my shop

"Treat others as you would like to be treated", the Golden Rule, is something that is obviously lost in our American society today, at least here on the lower left coast

"Over there, over there, they don't wear underwear over there!" is a parody of a WWI fight song my group of cronies sang together back in junior high https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-e&q=over+there+song+ww1#fpstate=ive&vld=cid:c4e04f77,vid:921z4LAHvak,st:0

I think I'll get a '60 Starliner and since the 352 is a member of the FE engine series, build a mild custom with a 406 fed by 3 - 2 barrel carbs and scratch build a set of Bellflower Pipes for the exhaust. Maybe build another one as a phantom light weight S/S drag racer with a dual-quad 427.
